Job Description
Location: Field Based - Midlands
Salary: Up to £40,000 with uncapped commission + £5,000 Car Allowance
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30/9:00 - 17:00/17:30 (37.5 hours)
Responsibilities
1. Achieve net growth and increase product penetration through cross-selling Daisy products into existing customers.
2. Ensure customer meetings occur every 3 months for account reviews.
3. Increase product penetration across the existing business base of customers, utilizing a high level of product knowledge across the Daisy product portfolio.
4. Pre-call all qualified opportunities 24 hours in advance of the meeting with a clear agenda.
5. Establish customer needs for new/additional products and services through effective questioning, engaging with appropriate specialists as necessary.
6. Input meeting information into Daisy Central correctly within 24 hours and send all actions to the customer post-meeting.
7. Complete all quotes through the new Daisy Central system or provided templates.
8. Maintain product knowledge to identify opportunities for improving customer effectiveness, efficiency, and reducing operating costs.
9. Provide all quotes to customers within 48 hours of meeting SAT.
10. Deliver excellent account management to drive re-signs and cross-sell opportunities.
11. Collaborate with support and specialist teams to provide a high level of service and recommendations for your customer base.
12. Raise cases with customer service for service issues, ensuring all relevant details are provided within DC.
13. Communicate with customers regarding the resolution of raised cases.
14. Flag any customers at risk of cancelling to your manager for appropriate action.
Qualifications
* Telecoms or similar industry experience.
* Experience in account management.
* Clear understanding of the objectives of commercial businesses across multiple verticals.
* Understanding of the sales process.
* Ability to demonstrate the sales process.
* Ability to articulate Daisy’s core vision/competencies and product portfolio.
* Ability to demonstrate all Daisy’s core products into a commercial business at all senior levels.
* Utilization of CRM systems to build and manage the pipeline effectively.
* Clear and articulate written and verbal communication.
* Understanding of Daisy’s product portfolio and its benefits to customers.
* Customer-centric attitude.
* Demonstrated ability to manage a base of existing customers with world-class account management.
