The role: Leading on all aspects of the Additional Learning Needs (ALN) agenda on behalf of the College, you will be for implementing the ALN Code of Practice and associated legislation. 37 Hours Per Week Permanent £55,250 – £60,000 Per Annum Key Responsibilities: Leading the central ALN/Neurodiversity team ensuring students receive an outstanding student experience To Implement an ALN strategy (FE, HE and Work Based Learning) in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. Acting as operational ALNCo for the College reporting into the Vice Principal for Learner Experience and Inclusion for statutory compliance.
