We have a great opportunity for Customer Service Administrators to work with one of our public sector clients in Northampton.
Key purpose of the role
" contacting customers to arrange dates for appointments
" Phone and admin work
" Follow set procedures and exercise some independent judgement in carrying out instructions under general supervision for people
" Prepare routine correspondence
" Act as an administrative liaison with internal or external sources
" Updating in-house systems
" Sending out letters, applications, and orders
A successful candidate must:
Have extended experience in admin sector
Have a strong communications skills
Have a good IT skills
Be able to remain calm under pressure
Be able to work with very confidential and sensitive information
Be able to provide 3 years of referencing
You will be working 37 hours per week Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, with a pay rate of £11.88 per hour which is paid weekly. You will also accrue holiday as you work. This is also a long term contract.
