Our client requires a customer service operative to work within their Patient Transport team in Hertford. This is a Monday to Friday position from 8.30am till 5pm. Applicants must be able to get to SG13 for an 8.30am start.
This position could become permanent after a successful trial period.
Duties will include:
1. Answering calls to customers
2. Dealing with Customer queries
3. Booking appointments on the diary system
4. Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Outlook
Pay Rate and hours:
5. £11.44ph
6. Monday to Friday
7. 8.30am till 5pm
