The salary scale above has been agreed as part of the NHS Agenda for Change pay award for 2024/2025 and will be implemented in November 2024 backdated to 1st April 2024 where applicable., Working closely with service managers, finance partners and clinical leads, the post holder will be responsible for the development of a performance framework that aligns clinical and non-clinical operational performance, activity, finance and quality to provide an accurate Divisional overview, based on robust, high quality data. The framework will ensure that performance and quality monitoring are integral to the core business of all our services supporting them in effective decision making and planning., The post holder will ensure effective performance management of services across the Family and Therapy Services Division supporting the Division to achieve Health Board and Divisional Objectives. The Division comprises of Family Services which includes Gynaecology and Sexual Health, Child Health, Neonates, Bowel and Bladder, Maternity, CAMHS and Public Health Nursing Services and Therapies (Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Podiatry and Orthotics, Speech and Language Therapy, Weight Management and Psychology Services)
The post holder will support the Assistant General Manager in co-ordinating the performance and delivery of performance targets across the Division.
An energised enthusiast for continuous improvement, the post holder will be a key change agent, working closely with clinicians, senior managers and corporate functions to identify opportunities for perform, improving the patient flow and experience.
Experience of performance and its application in service improvement is essential. The post holder must also be able to demonstrate excellent communication and networking skills.
