Location: Guildford, Slyfield Estate
Salary: Up to £29,000 + £2,400 annual bonus + excellent benefits

Job description
* Act as the first point of contact for all client communication, ensuring a top-notch service experience
* Manage a busy phone line and meet daily SLA expectations.
* Update client records, upload documentation, and respond to queries with speed and precision
* Support national account relationships and update them on orders and project logistics
* Oversee shipping and logistics processes, coordinating with internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
* Spot opportunities to upsell additional insurance services
* Maintain audit-compliant documentation in accordance with GDPR
