Amazon Marketplace & Concession Manager

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll take full ownership of the Amazon Marketplace strategy; optimising listings, updating products, overseeing marketing, managing operations and logistics, and handling the commercial side to ensure profitability.
You’ll also lead efforts to build and strengthen partnerships with retail concessions, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving growth across these channels.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the Amazon Marketplace account from end to end, covering everything from forecasting and P&L management to resolving logistical challenges and executing A+ content.
* Overseeing the logistics of stock, monitoring sales performance and ensuring optimal inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and avoid overstock situations
* Aligning digital content and promotional strategies tailored to Amazon.
* Keeping up to date with Amazon best practices.
* Working collaboritively different teams to understand wider company strategies, promotions and activities.
* Report performance to internal teams and stakeholders.
* Executing marketing campaigns.
* Building partnerships with UK retailers and managing their accounts effectively.
This is a hands-on role that requires someone with extensive experience selling on Amazon, understanding reporting tools, metrics, operational processes, building accurate forecasts and industry best practices.
About You
To be successful in your application you will have experience working across all areas of Amazon, and have a track record of delivering commercial success. Although working for a brand or retailer would be preferable, agency experience would also be considered.
You will have/be
* 2+ years’ experience managing Amazon Marketplace accounts at a strategic and operational level.
* Strong understanding of Amazon best practices.
* Commercial track record of increasing sales on Amazon.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Able to report on sales, forecasts, P&L and strategy for Amazon.
* Ability to build relations with key retail partners to help them with their online listings.
What’s on Offer
The Amazon Marketplace and Concessions Manager role offers a salary between £46,000 - £50,000. It also offers benefits such as:
