Define, implement and coordinate the activation plan and marketing budget of the brand in UK and Ireland, located in London, in line with the international brand strategy.
Lead the team in this implementation and animation of all partners / clients.
Develop the business through the promotion of Babolat in the places of practices and ensure the visibility of the brand and productions on the field.
Management of several promoters to drive relationships and activations with the field network (players, coaches, clubs, tournaments).
Promote the brand online in UK and Ireland through the creation of local content and the activation of the whole national digital ecosystem.
Missions:
ACTIVATION PLAN AND BUDGET
* Build the annual activation plan and marketing budget, following the global strategy and adapting to the local specificities.
* Activate all levers that are relevant for the market (digital, grassroots, media, etc).
* Implement and follow up the activations all year long, with the team.
* Analyse the activations done, sharing the reports with HQ brand activation.
* Budget: global follow-up and with each promoter / sales rep, ensure to respect the annual given budget.
* Promotion of the brand on all digital relevant levers in the market.
* Creation and animation of the local digital content, in collaboration with an agency.
* Close work with the community managers to relay local content, ambassadors / players content, and activation of local influencers.
* Communication with our different targets (B2C, coaches, retailers) through emailings.
* Activation of the local B2B network: sharing digital toolbox with webdealers, creating specific activations with them.
* Develop media relationships in collaboration with the agency.
RETAILERS
* Plan and deliver the merchandising tools, in collaboration with the sales representatives.
* Commercial support for all retailers requests (visuals, products info, B2B access, etc).
* Ensure visibility in the stores, create activations with clients.
PROMOTION / GRASSROOTS
Management and animation of a promoters’ team, and sales reps as well in other regions to maintain the following missions in the whole territory:
* Activations in clubs: organize regular products tests sessions / animations in partner clubs & events.
* Players sponsorships:
o Define the best recruitment strategy with the country manager.
o Detect, recruit and sign contract with local players and juniors.
* Coaches, clubs & local federations partnerships:
o Detect, recruit and sign contract with coaches and clubs / academies, in line with the global strategy.
o Visit the clubs, maintain a good relationship with all the network, and ensure a good visibility of Babolat products.
o Organize activations with local federations / leagues.
* Coaches conventions: organize annual conventions in all the territory.
* Tournaments and events:
o Select and drive the national and local events, in line with the global strategy.
o Organize activations and plan all the logistics support.
* Competition: analyse what is done by the competitors on the field.
HQ PROJECTS & INVOLVEMENT
* Coordination and participation in transversal global projects, providing feedbacks / ideas and implementing the actions decided in the market.
* Participation in global Brand Activation seminars to provide local input.
Responsibility of the marketing budget construction and follow-up, with the country manager.
Profil
Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree, in business and/or marketing.
Know-how:
* At least 3 years’ experience in marketing or sales department with management experience.
* Knowledge of the tennis world in Germany (tournaments, clubs, juniors…).
* Ability to negotiate contracts and deal with commercial conditions.
* Relationship marketing skills.
* Master IT tools to create and monitor budgets (spreadsheets).
* Ability to perform public interventions, in internal or external environments.
* Languages: operational English, French is a plus.

* Passion for racquet sports.
* Demonstrated resourcefulness, creativity, and continued willingness to take initiative.
* Autonomy, organizational skills.
* Good relational capacity.
* Teamwork, ability to establish a positive relationship with his colleagues.

Gross Base salary paid over 12 monthly installments + Individual performance bonus + collective performance bonus.
