Overview Our Center for Process Excellence team is on a mission to improve business outcomes and employee experiences by driving step-change improvements in critical enterprise processes, and the technology and analytics supporting these. As a Sr Director, Global Process Owner - Commercial, you will be responsible for transformative improvements in our strategic and tactical sales and marketing processes and systems. This will require you to understand current state, define a future-state vision, and build and lead a cross-functional team to deliver the change. The desired business outcomes include accelerating revenue growth, and improving efficiency and effectiveness of the commercial teams. Success will require close collaboration with team members across all Divisions and Business Units, and the ability to influence change in a global organization. This role reports into the VP, Center for Process Excellence. Responsibilities Establish and lead a cross-functional team with expertise in business process management / mining / automation / documentation, data science / engineering / visualization, and related IT systems (e.g., CRM) Collaborate closely with Executive Committee Sponsors, functional authorities, and other team members to prioritize highest value improvement opportunities, and develop a vision and roadmap for execution Lead the implementation of the improvements, guiding and challenging the team to achieve excellence, while supporting partner through the change Enable changes with appropriate metrics, communication, training, and documentation to ensure impact is sustained Provide transparency on progress and impact, and engage the executive team and partners in problem solving Develop and attract top talent strengthen process excellence capabilities and foster a continuous improvement mentality Qualifications 12 years dynamic experience in sales, marketing, and commercial excellence, in roles focused on driving improvements in processes, systems, and analytics Track record of successfully completing l arge-scale programs across people, process, data, and technology in complex, global organizations Knowledge of business process modelling, process mining, and process automation required Strong conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills In-depth understanding of Lean concepts and tools Strong influencing skills, proven track record to work across organizational boundaries inspiring change and harmonization across a global organization Collaborative, listens and assimilates various viewpoints to improve the solution Agile and responsive, able to handle multiple priorities, act with urgency, and manage ambiguity Results oriented mindset, operates with high sense of urgency. Proven track record of solving problems, breaking down barriers and delivering results ahead of schedule Ability to think strategically while also being highly attentive to details Solid program management skills, experience leading global program Strong written and verbal communication.
