Job title: Sales Co-Ordinator
Location: Wrexham
Hours: Mon - Fri 9am-4:30pm
Job Purpose
The role of Sales Co-Ordinator will support the team in achieving their goals by managing and coordinating all aspects of the sales process, whilst also always ensuring delivery of excellent customer service, to both internal and external customers.
* Make initial contact with potential customers
* Adhere to all organisational policies
* Ensuring all tasks are completed to agreed deadlines
* Work efficiently and effectively

Key Accountabilities
* Prospecting potential customers & making initial contact
* Taking incoming calls & making outbound calls
* Handling customer issues in a timely manner
* Processing of sales orders onto Navision
* Processing of credit card payments from customers on cash sales (internal sales team also process this)
* Assist with data management on Salesforce
* Assist with data management for marketing

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills when dealing with customers
* Computer literacy and working knowledge of relevant software tools
* Good level of numeracy
* Attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise own work and work on own initiative
