They are looking for a CNC Turner & Miller to join the team in Harlow, Essex on a full-time permanent basis. Immediate start date available! This position offers both day and night shifts.

About the role:
As a CNC Turner or Miller, you will support the operations, CNC turning and milling to help create world-class components for the aerospace sector. This position offers both day and night shifts. You will work 39 hours a week. Day shifts are Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 16:00, Friday 07:00 - 12:00. Night shifts are Monday to Thursday 16:00 - 02:15.
Other duties will include:
* Programming, Setting, and Operating CNC Machines: Utilise Mazatrol Control systems to achieve precise machining of components.
* Collaboration: Work closely with fellow engineers, machinists, and quality assurance teams to ensure the highest standards are met.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and tests to maintain and improve quality standards.
* Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Regularly maintain machines and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
* Documentation: Accurately record all machining processes and outcomes for traceability and compliance purposes.
About you:
You will need previous experience in CNC Turning or 4 & 5 Axis Milling. You will need previous experience using Mazatrol systems; this is essential. You will be a team player who can thrive in a collaborative environment and have a passion for precision engineering. With experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC machines, you will possess the technical know-how to tackle complex engineering challenges. You will bring a proactive attitude and attention to detail to ensure that you consistently produce high-quality work while contributing positively to team dynamics.
