Litigation Paralegal - Walsall
Our client is a reputable West Midlands law firm seeking to appoint a Litigation Paralegal to join its Walsall office.

The Role
You’ll be working closely with experienced solicitors, providing vital support on a wide range of cases. A solid grasp of the Civil Procedure Rules, Solicitors Regulation Authority policies and other relevant legislation will be essential to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct legal research, initial case assessments and pre-claim investigations
* Draft legal documents including pleadings and statements of case; prepare and file pre-issue documentation with the court
* Organise case files, manage deadlines and carry out general administrative duties
* Prepare and collate exhibits, documents, evidence and legal briefs
* Source and gather relevant information to support case development
* Liaise professionally with clients, colleagues and third parties
* Assist senior solicitors on more complex claims
