Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will have your own caseload of customers that are going through the remortgage process. You will deal with the case from start to finish, ensuring the highest level of service at all times.
The role will involve dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, assisting with a range of enquiries. You will be chasing up documentation and details required for the process, making sure service level agreements are exceeded.
You will also be liaising with lenders, financial organisations, and other third parties, handling queries to get the case progressed.

Key qualifications include:
1. Confident with excellent telephone etiquette
2. Professional and able to build excellent relationships
3. Good communication skills
4. A keen eye for detail and excellent organisation

6. Able to work independently and as part of a team
