The View @ Hencote is looking to grow and develop our existing kitchen team.
As Chef De Partie, you will be working alongside an ambitious kitchen brigade who are aiming to earn accolades for their culinary excellence. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your culinary career, learning from our Rosette awarded Head Chef, serving up to 100 covers per service. Hencote uses the best of local produce with a focus on seasonality.
Responsibilities include:
* Prepare, cook and assemble dishes
* Be able to efficiently plan M.E.P for shift and execute prep to a high standard
Skills you’ll need to show:
* Understanding flavour profiles
* Ability to showcase technical skills and cooking techniques – including knowing how to cook, store and serve food
* Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety
* Handling and storage of ingredients and stock rotation

Salary: From £28,750 per year
