Our client is a Gen AI leader in the assisted coding domain whose products are live with a number of the worlds leading institutions. Using the latest techniques in Static, Dynamic Analysis and Reinforcement Learning, they are the leaders within their space. They are looking for an experience solution engineer / pre-sales engineer that can both help show-case their product to new enterprise clients as well as use their engagement with the customers and the broader industry to help influence the product strategy. If you're an existing solution engineer or pre-sales engineer, looking for an exciting move, here is what you can expect to be doing: Reporting directly to the CRO, you will focus on the customer's challenges, goals and business context to help align the product to solve their needs Present the product and its value to prospects through tailored demonstrations Get involved in all aspects of the pre & post sales lifecycle, from discovery, qualification, scoping, set-up, management and evaluations Manage the feedback loop from the customers back into the product development teams This role will suit existing solution and / or sales engineers, who have the following: Prior pre-sales / solution engineer / sales engineer experience working with large enterprise clients A good understanding of the SDLC, including tooling, methodologies and quality metrics A technical background, ideally with some commercial coding experience, with any Java experience being a major plus Strong sales engineers, pre-sales engineers or solution engineers are encouraged to apply.
