The Safeguarding Team is an experienced multidisciplinary team consisting of nurses, social workers and administrators who are passionate about protecting people from abuse, neglect and human rights breaches.
As a progressive team and a point of contact for raising concerns, we provide support, knowledge and experience across a plethora of communities, multi-agency teams and external partners.
You will be working within the Safeguarding adults Team for the Trust, the team is situated across various locations, however, there will be regular opportunity to meet and develop as a team with colleagues in the team who include Hospital focused safeguarding adult nurses, Mental capacity and DoLS practitioners and the safeguarding admin team.
This is a supportive team who are passionate about the delivery of high-quality care and the ongoing improvement to Safeguarding adult practice. This team is flexible and promotes a healthy work/home life balance. Although this role is within the safeguarding adult team, the post holder will be expected to work flexibly across other teams/services as required and in response to safeguarding adult operational demand.
