Build a domain-specific language for digital healthcare.
Now in the process of scaling up their business, this health-tech start-up is pioneering their patient-focused approach for providing personalized treatments. With their product concept now proven, the company is keen to grow their Cambridge-based development team.
Joining this small but growing team, you will have involvement across the technology stack and work in collaboration with other software engineers from different specialisms, colleagues from a healthcare background, and end users to ensure the company builds the best product possible. You will have influence on future technical direction and shaping the way the team works.
You will need:
* Hands-on experience developing code close to or within the Linux kernel level.
* Coding skills in Rust, or a functional language such as OCaml.
* Full existing and unrestricted right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
Any of the following would be a plus point:
* Software development in a regulated industry (especially medical/healthcare).
* Real-time web communication technologies.
* Development of iOS or Android applications using TypeScript together with React.js, Solid.js or similar.
* Development of complex (lots of processing) back end code using Python.
