Job title: Senior Quality Auditor-Assurance

What you'll be doing:
Ensuring operational compliance to regulatory standards e.g. Part 145 / Part M / Aerodrome
Driving and supporting a reduction in non-conformance management with a zero-defect mindset
Supporting resolution of quality issues, using root cause analysis tools such as RCCA, 5 Whys, DMAIC, 8D, Six Sigma
Undertaking the identification and implementation of quality improvement activities
Undertaking reviews and reporting on the efficiency and effectiveness of quality practices ensuring they are understood and effectively deployed
The ability to influence key stakeholders to ensure the correct Quality practices are followed building strong relationships and influencing others
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
Quality or Engineering experience in a maintenance setting
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Previous experience of Utilisation of Quality Assurance Toolsets
Desirable:
Aircraft maintenance experience
Experience of using toolsets such as BSI connect, ESS, Jira, Tableau
Experience dealing with internal and external customers.
Knowledge of Regulatory articles RA4800/4900 series and aerodrome regulations
