We have an incredibly rare opportunity for you to join our team at UHBW as a Physiotherapist within our Older Person's Rehabilitation team, based in the Therapy Outpatients Gym at South Bristol Community Hospital We are a small, welcoming team that specialises in providing outpatient care to older people living in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) who are at risk of falls or frailty. You will be supported by a highly skilled and experienced band 7 physio and OT, the Adult Therapies Medicine Pathway Lead and Outpatients Divisional Lead. You will deliver strength and balance groups & carry out individual assessment and intervention, either face to face or virtually.
