MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a Leading Gifting company, on the search for Account Manager. This is a permanent role based in Liverpool.
As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with a well-established UK retailer. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, a deep understanding of the product range, and a passion for driving growth within the account.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at the retailer to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
* Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across product lines.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies and promotional activities with the retailer’s objectives.
* Analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategies and drive performance.
* Provide exceptional product knowledge and training to the retailer’s staff to enhance sales efforts.
* Conduct regular account reviews and performance assessments to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
* Address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Prepare and present reports on account performance and sales forecasts to senior management.
