If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!\n\nOur client, a leading global manufacturing company, is looking for a motivated International Account Manager to join their Global Markets Group in Euston, London. FMCG experience is a plus, but we welcome candidates from any sector with distribution experience ready for an international role!\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nAs an International Account Manager, you'll play a key role in expanding business across North & Eastern Europe and Turkey. You'll manage distributor relationships, develop new markets, and drive sales growth, with frequent international travel to strengthen partnerships.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nBusiness Development & Distributor Management\n\nIdentify and onboard new distribution partners to grow key markets.\nManage and motivate existing distributors, ensuring they achieve sales and profit targets.\nMonitor in-market sales and stock levels, ensuring alignment with forecasts and budgets.\n\nMarketing & Brand Alignment\n\nDevelop and execute marketing plans with distributors, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.\nSupport new product launches (NPDs) and ensure effective implementation of funded marketing activities.\nCollaborate with internal Brand Managers to drive market growth.\n\nFinancial & Commercial Management\n\nManage Customer P&Ls, prepare profit forecasts, and ensure market profitability.\nAllocate and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring transparency in expenditures.\n\nLogistics & Operations\n\nWork closely with Export Customer Service to ensure timely order fulfilment.\nInput monthly demand forecasts to ensure supply chain efficiency.\n\nWho You Are:\n\nNational account management experience-some exposure to international markets is a plus.\nExperience working with distributors (FMCG experience is ideal but not essential).\nA self-starter with a commercial mindset, able to build strong relationships with distributors and internal teams.\nA strong communicator with cultural awareness, comfortable working across multiple markets.\nAnalytical and financially savvy, with experience managing P&Ls and budgets.\nWilling to travel internationally, including overnight stays, to develop key partnerships.\n\nWhy Join Us?\n\n📍 Location: Just a 6-minute walk from Russell Square & Euston stations.\n 🌍 Travel: Regular international trips to exciting markets across Europe & Turkey.\n 📈 Career Growth: An opportunity to step up into international account management with a respected global company.\n 🖥️ Hybrid Working: 2-3 days in the office per week, with flexible arrangements.\n\nOther Details:\n\n📜 Contract Type: Permanent\n 🌎 Must have the right to reside and work in the UK, with a valid passport for international travel.\n\n📩 Ready to make your mark on the global stage?
