As we expand our B2B presence across Europe and the UK, we are looking for a seasoned, strategic, and commercially minded Head of B2B Sales to lead this exciting chapter.
The Role
This role will lead and grow our B2B foods division, managing and expanding key relationships across wholesale, foodservice, ethnic trade, manufacturing, and distribution partners. You'll drive strategic partnerships, increase market penetration, and unlock new revenue streams across core product lines — from rice to value-added foods and ingredients.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy aligned with LT Foods’ commercial goals.
* Manage and grow key accounts, including food manufacturers, wholesalers, and foodservice distributors.
* Identify and unlock new business opportunities across UK and European markets.
* Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and long-term partnerships.
* Build a high-performing B2B team, nurturing a culture of accountability and growth.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure commercial success.
* Provide regular performance reporting and sales forecasts to senior leadership.
* Represent LT Foods at key trade events and industry expos.
About You
* Proven track record in B2B food sales (FMCG, ingredients, foodservice or ethnic trade).
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
* Excellent relationship-builder with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
* Experience leading teams and managing complex accounts.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for food and brand storytelling.
