The Role:
Our cover supervisors play a full role in our school. We want our students to have familiar faces in their classrooms, who know them and know our systems and structures. Our cover supervisors play an important role in ensuring continuity for our students when their normal class teacher is unable to teach their lesson. We ensure that these lessons are productive, with students working on high quality tasks linked to their previous learning.
Our cover supervisors are students facing, so we expect them to implement our school systems in line with all classroom teachers. Our Warn, Move, Remove behaviour system ensures that our students experience disruption free learning and where students are not ready to learn, they do not affect others.
