Reporting into the Head of Customer Contact, you will be responsible for leading, managing and developing the sales team to maximise conversion rate of every telephone enquiry while providing a world-class level of customer experience.
Build and improve capability and motivation within the team through one to ones, coaching, feedback, development and empowerment.
* Drive a performance and customer focused culture within the team.
* Create and drive a high performing, motivational sales environment, ensuring the team are energised to achieve their targets and deliver a great customer experience.
* Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the team’s output and performance.
* Provide accurate and timely reporting to support stakeholders in making data-driven decisions.
* Be part of the on-call team on a rota basis.
