Overview
We’re recruiting the new Shopping Centre Manager for this leading retail destination, with accountability for over 500,000sqft of total retail, leisure, and food & beverage space, your main objective will be to enhance asset performance through team strategic leadership, working closely with key external stakeholders, increasing income, and more.
What you’ll be doing
* You will lead the strategic direction of the centre, working closely with the asset managers & surveyors.
* Leading an experienced onsite team, including multiple direct reports and a wider contracted team of facilities services, you will inspire, encourage, and empower a collaborative, commercial and ambitious working culture.
* You will be the face of the destination and key interface with tenants, local authorities, the local community, the landlord, the local BID and customers.
* You will bring vigour and vitality to the role and foster effective relationships with all stakeholders, both internally and externally.

* Experience as a Shopping Centre Manager or a senior management position within retail.
* To be a proven and inspiring leader of teams.
* To be adaptable to a broad range of stakeholders with varying specialisms, personalities, and objectives.
* Experience & expertise in managing budgets (service charge preferred).
