Reporting into the Head of OD and leading a team of two Reward Managers, a Benefits Manager, and a Reward Analyst, this best-in-class business takes the business of reward seriously. As Total Reward Lead, you will focus on creating and implementing a Compensation and Benefits Strategy that positively impacts retention and attraction of talent.
You will be experienced in using Willis Towers Watson as your JE tool and demonstrate a pedigree in building and delivering a world-class reward offer and function. You will be the Reward expert for the business, partnering fully with the Head of OD and the wider SLT to ensure that the reward offer is compliant, well governed, fully reported, and market-leading.
As Total Reward Lead, you will take responsibility for:
* Developing and implementing our compensation and benefits strategy in collaboration with the Head of OD and Reward.
* Ensuring compliance with governance and legislative requirements in all reward activities.
* Overseeing the benefits agenda, leveraging commercial opportunities with providers.
* Leading robust communication strategies for reward and recognition initiatives.
* Designing and managing variable pay offerings, ensuring compliance and governance.
* Leading, mentoring, and developing the reward team, sharing expertise and best practices.
* Acting as a key support during peak periods or absences to maintain business continuity.
This is a complex environment – you must have previous experience creating a reward strategy in partnership with the SLT. As a trusted advisor and critical friend, you will make the Reward agenda accessible and understandable to the business. You will build a best-in-class, collaborative reward team that engages fully with the business.
