Your Mission: As a Business Development Manager, your primary mission will be to contribute to Radar Healthcare’s goal of closing new business. With a target-driven approach, you’ll play an essential role in expanding our presence within NHS Foundation Trusts, CCGs, ICBs, private healthcare clinics, social care, and complex care sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development: Identify and pursue and close new opportunities within NHS trusts, private healthcare, social care, and complex care sectors.
* Sales Cycle Management: Handle the sales cycle from initial outreach to closing, including demos, negotiations, and post-sale follow-up.
* Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with senior stakeholders such as Heads of Patient Safety, Chief Nurses, Directors of Quality, and other key decision-makers.
* Customer Understanding: Tailor solutions to the specific needs of prospects, focusing on how our platform can transform patient safety and operational efficiency.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in closing deals within the NHS or private healthcare sectors, particularly Software/IT or medical devices.
* Comfortable with a consultative sales approach and understanding the technical implementation needs of healthcare organizations.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of securing high-value contracts.
* Ability to manage a pipeline, engage prospects, and successfully convert leads into long-term clients.
