Key Responsibilities:
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to CQC standards and regulations.
* Staff Management: Recruit, train, and support care staff.
* Care Planning: Develop and review personalized care plans.
* Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve care quality.
* Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Client & Family Liaison: Address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
* Risk Management: Identify and manage risks to clients.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate care records.
* Training & Development: Support ongoing staff training.
* Business Development: Build clientele and expand the team.
* Safeguarding: Protect vulnerable clients through effective policies.
* Audit & Reporting: Conduct audits and submit reports to regulators.
