You would be joining a team of 60 HR professionals based in a number of key locations across the globe.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. HR Service Delivery & Global Operations Management
Lead the end-to-end global deployment of digital HR service solutions, including Service Now, ensuring smooth adoption across regions.
Oversee and optimise HR service operations globally, including employee lifecycle transactions.
Define and implement appropriate SLAs and KPIs, and ensure SLAs, KPIs, and employee satisfaction benchmarks are met or even better, exceeded.
Partner with HR Business Partners, COEs, IT, and other stakeholders to align HR services with business needs and ensure operational excellence across regions.
Manage and optimise HR services teams to drive standardisation, scalability, and efficiency globally.
2. Process Optimisation & Technology Enablement
Identify opportunities for automation and digitization of HR services using technology solutions like ServiceNow and SAGE People.
Continuously assess and enhance HR processes to improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and employee self-serve capabilities.
Drive the adoption of self-serve tools and digital solutions to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
Establish and track key success metrics for system performance and user experience, ensuring continuous process optimization.
3. Project Management & Change Management
Set and manage an integrated project plan, milestone plan, project governance, status reporting, Steering Board facilitation, risk & issue management etc.
Lead all adoption, change management, communication and learning activity. Ensures plans are in place and a sustainable model is delivered to maintain ongoing knowledge with all users (employees, managers, HR, IT).
4. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Develop a culture of continuous improvement and employee-centric service delivery.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior HR and business leaders, providing insights on HR service delivery improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, and IT, to ensure compliance and alignment with the organisation’s strategy.
Qualifications / Requirements
1. Outcome driven, comfortable with taking and creating accountability and a high sense of integrity.
2. Skilled in creating a sense of urgency and building strong partnerships.
3. Relevant experience in HR operations, HR transformation, or HR technology implementation in a multinational organisation.
4. Proven success in leading and transforming global HR service operations, with a deep understanding of HRIS platforms (ServiceNow, SAGE, etc.).
5. Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to manage and develop global teams – directly and indirectly, driving alignment and delivering high-impact HR solutions.
6. Expertise in HR compliance, regulatory requirements, and risk management.
7. Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is a plus.
8. Ability to navigate complex, matrixed global organisations and work with diverse stakeholders.
