An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Forecasting & Capacity Planning team. You'll be working in our Telephony Forecasting function to design, build, develop and enhance capacity models to support Mortgages & Financial Wellbeing. You will interact with senior stakeholders to help influence business critical strategies regarding the day-to-day running and project environments of different business areas within M&FW. By helping our stakeholders make the right decisions and by influencing when recruitment is required, you will be helping to keep the operating costs down, providing a long-term saving to our members. What you'll be doing Forecasting for Telephony Operations through Callabrio software creating short- and medium-term forecasts, liaising with the agent Scheduling team. The exciting nature of this role means that you will be providing planning support for upcoming projects as well as supporting day-to-day business areas. Working with other areas of Capacity Planning and Performance, you will be compiling management Information packs, staff breakdowns and future staffing level requirements. You will be attending and facilitating meetings with key stakeholders to provide details of your models and recommendations. About you The minimum requirements for this role are: Recent demonstratable experience in Forecasting & Capacity Planning using Callabrio as well as experience of managing stakeholders to a high standard. Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel (as this is used to create models using complex formulas and functions) and Microsoft PowerPoint (as this is used to present forecasting data in a compelling way) Strong analytical skills and an excellent ability to identify trends and communicate your findings Excellent attention to detail, comfortable in dealing with senior stakeholders and possess the confidence to 'tell the story' by describing the work they have undertaken to support M&FW Operations. Experience responding quickly and efficiently to changing requests within a tight timescales.
