* Salary £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
* Heanor - office based
* Full time, 8.00am - 4.30pm or 9.00am - 5.00pm
* Company Pension Scheme - auto enrolled
* Bonus during second year, based on personal and company achievements

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop existing in-house skills and knowledge, resulting in the ability to further succeed independently
* Gain a strong understanding of company products, competitors’ products and positioning in the marketplace
* Identifying opportunities
* Identifying new markets
* Building relationships with clients
* Creating strategies
* Visiting clients, retail stores, exhibitions and attending exhibitions
* Reporting to the Directors.
Skills & Experience:
* Willingness to learn the industry and build knowledge of the actions of retail groups and retail news regarding them is essential
* Ideally experienced in a related sector providing services or goods to blue chip retailers
* Qualifications in Business Marketing / Management desirable but not necessary
* A driven mentality with a true passion to learn and succeed
* Excellent communication skills, with a clear passion for business development.
