The main duties of the role involve: Communicating effectively with the wider team The operation and clean down of a commercial dishwasher including temperature monitoring Lifting large and often heavy kitchen items using appropriate manual handling techniques Knowledge of recipes, allergens, COSHH and food hygiene General cleaning duties Attention to detail is a must Carrying out any tasks required to maintain the safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the area Disposing of food waste and refuse safely and hygienically Supporting new or less experienced work colleagues to adapt in the workplace Previous experience and training would be preferred, however this is certainly not essential to the right candidate, as full training would be provided. Manual dexterity is a must, as we are a fast paced and ever changing environment. A full staff uniform is provided.
