Job Description United Living Infrastructure Services is on a dynamic growth journey and is searching for a talented and experienced Planner to join our expanding team If you're ready to play a key role in shaping the future of the Infrastructure division, we want to hear from you The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating all aspects of gas field projects to ensure timely and efficient completion. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of project management principles within the energy industry. Main Job Purpose Responsible for all activities associated with the preparation and periodic progress reporting of multiple project programmes Support the project teams with all planning related responsibilities associated with the management of their project contract requirements Maintain knowledge of key project interfaces and areas of potential programme risk to ensure project team is informed and programme contains accurate and current information.Additional responsibilities Support the planning and scheduling processes that are required to manage contracts Support the programmes progress and reporting requirements Maintain up to date and accurate schedule interface requirements Adherence to NEC contract processes for management of schedule data and submissions Maintain accurate records of programme status and variation cause/impact Diligent programme change control for the purpose of Compensation event impact and qualification Qualifications Experience of gas or similar infrastructure industry preferred Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions, maintaining programmes with multiple project interfaces such as design and procurement Proficiency with Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office Applications Knowledge of using NEC form of contract and the relevant programme requirements Able to review and interpret technical drawings with an understanding of how they will relate to construction operations Skilled in oral and written communication
