You will generate your own new business leads as well as maximising those supplied by our Marketing Department. You will be based out of a Regional Office. Full training will be given on all products and services.

Identify & create strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities;
· Build efficient days out on the road maximising time spent out of the office;
· Attend meetings with Prospective Clients to gain an understanding of their needs, goals and challenges of the business and how they currently meet these to then demonstrate how LGL will be able to support them going forward;
· Update Orderwise CRM effectively to manage your relationships and prospects pipeline, to allow for accurate forecasting, reporting, and to ensure you meet your KPI's;
· Proactively manage a sales pipeline, with a mix of prospects from across a variety of channels. Expectations to deliver £750,000 - £1M of new business in the 1 st year
Training and development plays and important role in the building of our team. A full training programme will be provided to ensure you will have a strong understanding of LGL’s Key products, the competition and being able to sell value over price. System Training to be carried out remotely & in-house at the Buckingham Head Office.
