Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Used Car Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee the sales of pre-owned vehicles and manage the day-to-day operations of our used car department.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Utilise phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Implement upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities
- Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support
- Utilise organisational skills to maintain inventory levels and ensure stock availability
- Oversee sales management processes to achieve targets and drive revenue
- Utilise sales software to track inventory, sales, and customer interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English; being bilingual or multilingual is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in sales management techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with sales software for tracking and reporting purposes

Pay: £50,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
