We are currently recruiting for a Software Test Engineer to join their team to help change this world with 3D Visualisation Software technologies! This is a significant opportunity to work on real-world problems and be the one to help get rid of these problems. This is a hands-on development opportunity which involves both legacy and greenfield projects. Working mainly within Manual Testing, there will be a chance to develop their Automation Testing Function and develop personally and professionally.
Responsibilities:
1. Support work with Continuous Integration, Testing and Deployment Strategy.
2. Certification Testing and Performance Testing.
3. Actively participate in the resolution of complex technical problems.
4. Implement and assist with automation testing where appropriate.
5. Create, review, execute and maintain test scripts for both automated and manual.
6. Produce appropriate documentation.
7. Share knowledge of the code-base and encourage “shared code ownership”.
8. Identify new technologies where applicable.
9. Take ownership of code quality and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements / Experience in:
1. 5+ years’ experience within Manual QA / Testing role in an Agile setting.
2. Experienced in some programming languages like C++, C# or Python.
3. A desire to learn and progress in things like Automation.
4. Experience in Agile working with SCRUM, TDD and BDD principles.
5. Experience in User Acceptance Testing.
6. Experience in collecting, analysing and presenting UAT results.
7. Familiarity with a test-first development methodology such as TDD or BDD.
8. Experience in 3D Visualisation Software and testing with Ranorex would be desirable!
