Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 2nd line technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
* Work closely with 1st line support to resolve escalated issues efficiently.
* Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
* Assist in the management of Active Directory, Office 365, and other core business applications.
* Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
* Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers for advanced technical support.
* Document technical processes, issue resolutions, and system configurations.
* Support IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
* Ensure adherence to IT security and compliance policies.
