Description
The Systems Configuration Analyst will be responsible for configuring, provisioning, and optimising the internal Kx software suite, including KxCatering, KxEngage, KxInspections, KxBnB, and Web 2.0. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to deploy customised solutions that align with organisational needs while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Configure and deploy the Kx software suite in alignment with customer requirements.
* Set up workflows, templates, system parameters, and user access controls.
* Tailor system settings to meet user requirements and business goals.
* Develop, test, and deploy new features or modules, ensuring compatibility with existing workflows and systems.
* Partner with internal and external teams to gather requirements, define goals, and implement tailored solutions.
* Provide end-user guidance to ensure successful adoption and utilisation of Kx modules.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and updates.
* Generate reports from Kx systems to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
* Ensure all configurations and customisations adhere to organisational policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Proven experience in system configuration and deployment.
* Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
* Ability to document processes, create technical guides, and provide user support.
