Your key accountabilities include:
1. Supporting product development for Clinical Trials projects, including overseeing the development of cost-effective and competitive solutions that meet client requirements and align with the company's strategic objectives.
2. Collaborating with customers to understand their needs, addressing technical inquiries and ensuring that proposed solutions meet their requirements, constraints and expectations.
3. Standardising pricing models for Clinical Trials and Specialty Pharma projects, developing consistent approaches to cost determination and pricing, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and profitability across different projects and regions.
4. Supporting central consolidation of projects, ensuring that solutions are harmonised, aligned, and scalable across different markets.
5. Providing support to countries in defining pricing and commercial rates for Clinical Trials projects, collaborating with local teams and utilising market insights to develop pricing strategies that align with the company's profitability objectives.
6. Ensuring the overall profitability of projects within Clinical Trials, taking part in the decision-making process to maximize projects profitability.
What are we looking for from you?
1. Previous experience in project management and/or implementation as workstream leader - essential.
2. Ability to work with and support remote teams and key stakeholders based in differing time zones/regions – essential.
3. Knowledge of logistics processes within LSHC related to warehousing, distribution, systems interactions, international logistics, and value-added services.
4. Proven experience in operations within the life sciences and healthcare sector.
5. Experience in LSHC concepts and terminology, preferably within Clinical Trials or Specialty Pharma Logistics.
6. Ability to utilise software and tools to map processes in detail, analyse and interpret data.
7. Solid understanding of pricing and costing foundations.
