Job summary We have an exceptional opportunity for a suitably qualified and highly experienced Respiratory Physiologist to contribute to the Respiratory Physiology service within the recently established Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) in Preston. Main duties of the job To provide professional leadership, guidance, development and support for the Respiratory and Sleep Physiology department, ensuring the provision of excellent care and quality assured diagnostics. To monitor and improve the efficient and effective management of resources and laboratory environment so that staff and services are able to meet the needs of the patients. You will ensure staff and services are adequately supported and developed to deliver excellent care in line with trust values, governance framework, CQC standards, Nice guidance, ARTP, BTS,ERS ATS standards.
