Establish and direct the TPRM programme, focusing on identifying, evaluating, mitigating, and continuously monitoring risks. You will be joining a newly created team providing a great opportunity to gain broad exposure along with being integral to the maturing and improvement of the function. Responsibilities: Lead the third-party risk management program, overseeing risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring. Act as the primary contact for third-party and supplier relationships, managing their lifecycle with robust processes for new and existing partnerships. Ensure compliance in procurement activities, aligning with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Collaborate with teams to create and apply risk control strategies that address financial, geopolitical, and supply chain risks. Establish regular communications on risk activities, incidents, and levels for senior management and executive updates. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, tracking KPIs and SLAs for continuous improvement. Develop contingency plans to address supply chain risks. To be considered: Experience working in Third-Party Risk Management as a TPRM / Supplier Risk / Vendor Risk Manager within financial services. Proven track record of implementing processes and procedures designed to assess and mitigate risks with suppliers. Knowledge of risk management frameworks to assess and mitigate risks.
