About The Role
We are looking for a talented Digital Product Owner to lead on the definition, implementation, and ongoing optimisation of our trade website proposition. There are two websites targeting projects from independent tradespeople to larger property developments and social housing contracts.
This is a very attractive greenfield project where you will be expected to manage new ideas from concept to launch, working closely with world-class agency partners and Wren colleagues across the business. The working environment is fast paced, and you'll need to be resourceful in a growth environment like ours.
Main responsibilities:
* Responsible for the performance and customer experience of the trade website: including defining stories, acceptance criteria and prioritisation of backlog to maximise value.
* Work with internal and external customers to understand customer needs.
* Assist the Head of Digital Marketing in implementing onsite SEO optimisations and technical roadmap.
* Create and maintain project timelines for our CRO roadmap.
* Get stuck into gathering requirements and taking a hands-on approach to projects when needed to show leadership and support to BA team.
* Own the day-to-day relationship with our third-party digital transformation agency for your product - leading the daily and weekly catchups to ensure successful roadmap delivery.
* Coordinate roadmap requirements from the wider stakeholder group, working in harmony with other Product Owners (including retail website and mobile applications).
* Track and report on project benefit realisation versus key objectives and forecasts.
* Assist in the creation of business cases for larger change projects relating to your product area.
* Act as the subject matter expert for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.
* Keep project sponsors and key stakeholders updated on the product backlog, project timelines and overall performance.
* Own the consultation process with key stakeholders when presenting new ideas.

About You
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
* 5+ years or more experience managing high-traffic websites.
* Knowledge of Google Analytics.
* Knowledge of CMS platforms (Headless CMS advantageous).
* Proven experience defining product specifications, creating website roadmaps, acting as a Product Owner, and working directly with development teams.
* Experience of using work management software such as Jira, Confluence, Trello.
* API and integrations experience from a requirements viewpoint.
