You should have experience in collaborating with offshore delivery teams and onshore clients, which is essential for successful engagement and governance .
Key Responsibilities: Client Management & Solution Expertise: Expertise in Digital Transformation and Data Analytics, including Integration, Cloud, and Security .
Collaborating with the EMEA solutions team for service delivery and technical discussions with clients and prospects.
Provide local support to delivery teams and serve as the local technology advisor within the Customer Success Management (CSM) function.
Act as the primary point of contact for Clients, Prospects, and Partners.
You Must Have: Over 12 years of IT experience in Solutioning and Service Delivery in the EMEA region.
Previous experience in project management and solutioning using offshore models to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Strong grasp of IT Enterprise Services and Solutions, with a background in working with offshore teams and outsourcing models.
Must be based in the UK, willing to work in London, and available to travel to various client locations .
Should have experience in experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET), PHP (Laravel), AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda), and Azure (App Services, SQL Database).
