Experienced Class 2 HGV Driver – Haulage Company (Winsford, Cheshire) We are currently seeking an experienced Class 2 HGV Driver to join a well-established company based in Winsford, Cheshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated driver to work with a reputable company, delivering and collecting construction safety equipment. Position : Class 2 HGV Driver Location : Winsford, Cheshire Pay Rate : £15.41 per hour (holiday pay inclusive) Start Date : 07/04/2025 Contract Type : Monday to Friday, temp ongoing Key Responsibilities : Delivery and collection of construction safety equipment using a flatbed vehicle. Completing 4 nights out tramping (£26.20 night out allowance) each week Strapping loads securely, so candidates must be confident and competent with ratchet straps. Ensuring safe and efficient transport while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Requirements : Minimum 12 months’ experience driving a Class 2 HGV. No more than 6 penalty points on your driving license. Competent with ratchet straps for securing loads. Ability to tramp all week. Flexible and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
