Our Min Jiang Restaurant Kitchen is looking for an Assistant Master Chef to join a busy and dynamic kitchen.
As a Assistant Master Chef you will be responsible to assist the Master Chef to carry out activities pertaining to all aspects of food preparation and kitchen operation.

As a Assistant Master Chef you will:
* Takes responsibility of the management of the kitchen in the absence of the Master Chef
* Assists the Master Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen
* Responsible for the daily ordering of produce to service the customer
* Ensures the cleanliness of all work and storage areas.
* Checks all food products in the Kitchen to ensure standards are being adhered to.
* Ensures all raw materials are fresh and consumable
* Adheres to all policies and procedures of the kitchen (food safety & health and safety)
* Controls costs by minimizing spoilage, wastage and exercising portion control
