Job Description
We are seeking a part-time HR Systems Support Analyst to act as administrator for our hosted HR/Payroll system. As a member of the IT Service, you will be working closely with the HR/Payroll team to deliver benefits and efficiencies following our recent investment in new HR software.
Working with both the HR/Payroll and IT teams to facilitate best practice business processes and maximise the Council’s use of the system, you will have proven experience of supporting ICT applications. As well as a track record of installing, maintaining and supporting application software, you will also have an understanding of key application languages and business analytical approaches. Our HR/Payroll system is MHR iTrent but you do not need experience of this as training by MHR will be given. You will also have experience of effective relationship and supplier management. Apart from systems administration, the role also involves generation of reports for use by the team.
