Head of Marketing
Head of Marketing(comp £55-60k base + bonus OTE £60-70k+)
HUM2N is a healthcare brand which is the antidote to mainstream medicine. HUM2N launched in 2020 and currently operates out of a 4500 sq ft state-of-the-art, futuristic lounge in trendy Chelsea, London. At HUM2N, we use biology to understand your past, and cutting-edge science to transform your future. The HUM2N lounge offers treatments such as cryotherapy, oxygen therapy, and IV injections including NAD and supernutrients. In the future, HUM2N will scale the lounges globally and provide B2B products to clinicians that HUM2N will train in our academy.
Head of Marketing
The Head of Marketing at HUM2N is responsible for driving and executing the overall marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, attract new clients, and support membership growth. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong track record in developing marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences. The HOM will have a passion for wellness and a proven ability to inspire and lead a marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Ensure all marketing initiatives support overall company goals.
Tasks:
* Create a detailed 6-month marketing roadmap within the first month, including campaign timelines and budgets.
* Propose measurable KPIs by the end of the first month to track progress.
* Align marketing strategy with key business goals such as sales growth, brand positioning, and customer acquisition.
Market Research & Analysis
Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
Tasks:
* Regularly monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing strategic insights.
* Conduct customer and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
* Generate reports on market data and use these insights to drive strategic decisions.
Digital Marketing Management
Responsibilities: Oversee digital marketing channels to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
Tasks:
* Manage social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn), email campaigns, and website content.
* Work with third-party providers to manage SEO, SEM, and Google Ads campaigns, ensuring targets are met.
* Conduct regular website audits to optimise for conversion and user experience, particularly on product/service pages.
* Set up Google Analytics and other tracking tools to monitor website performance.
Brand Management
Responsibilities: Ensure consistent and impactful brand identity across all marketing channels.
Tasks:
* Regularly update brand guidelines and ensure adherence across marketing materials.
* Develop brand-building initiatives such as partnerships, press coverage, and creative campaigns.
* Ensure all content, from social media to email, is aligned with HUM2N’s brand values and messaging.
Influencer & KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Management
Responsibilities: Develop and execute influencer and KOL strategies to boost awareness and drive sales.
Tasks:
* Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers and KOLs in the health and wellness space.
* Develop and distribute press kits for influencers.
* Track influencer and KOL performance through monthly reporting on engagement, reach, and ROI.
* Coordinate influencer outreach, visits, and collaborations, whether on-site or remotely.
* Create a user-generated content (UGC) strategy and oversee its execution.
Campaign Planning & Execution
Responsibilities: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
Tasks:
* Schedule and allocate resources for campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
* Work closely with the team to design campaigns tailored to specific audiences (e.g., health vs. aesthetic clients).
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimise results.
Responsibilities: Increase lead generation and re-engage inactive clients through targeted campaigns.
Tasks:
* Design campaigns to generate 50+ new leads per month, using email, social media, and digital ads.
* Develop re-engagement campaigns (WhatsApp and email) targeting inactive clients to drive retention.
* Track and report on lead generation efforts, optimising strategies as needed to meet goals.
Referral & Loyalty Campaigns
Responsibilities: Drive client referrals and foster loyalty through tailored marketing initiatives.
Tasks:
* Design and launch a client referral program with measurable incentives for clients.
* Collaborate with the team to develop loyalty programs, ensuring repeat business and high retention rates.
* Track and report on the success of these programs, optimising them based on results.
Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
Tasks:
* Manage the recruitment process for a marketing intern within the first month.
* Provide regular feedback and training to team members to enhance skills and performance.
* Foster a collaborative environment where team members can contribute to creative solutions.
Content Creation & Creative Direction
Responsibilities: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for online and offline channels.
Tasks:
* Work with the internal team and outsourced designers to create marketing materials, including educational infographics, promotional videos, and branded assets.
* Organise and manage content creation processes, including photo and video shoots.
* Review all video content produced by the in-house videographer, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and goals.
* Use tools like Canva to create and update marketing materials, maintaining consistency with HUM2N’s brand guidelines.
Reporting & Performance Metrics
Responsibilities: Track and report on all marketing efforts, using insights to drive performance.
Tasks:
* Define KPIs across all marketing initiatives, including lead generation, website traffic, engagement, and social media performance.
* Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Monitor campaign performance closely, adjusting strategies to ensure optimal ROMI and ROI.
Project & Task Management
Responsibilities: Ensure all marketing projects are well-organised and executed effectively.
Tasks:
* Use project management tools (e.g., Notion, HubSpot) to track tasks and ensure timely delivery.
* Maintain a calendar of content and marketing activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
* Manage marketing administration tasks, including event planning, data collection, and printing of promotional materials.
* Ensure that all marketing files and assets are properly organised for easy access and use by the team.
