About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting our senior leaders and business units in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior leaders and business units
* Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs to drive business outcomes
* Partner with other functional teams to inform business strategy and co-create solutions
* Lead projects to deliver business outcomes and drive organizational change
* Manage and develop a team of HR Business Partners
Requirements
* Strong background in HRBP experience
* Extensive people management experience of HR teams
* Expert communicator with high emotional intelligence
* Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple demanding stakeholders
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and assign team effectively

Location
This is a hybrid role with expectations of 2 days within your home site, 1 day at a different site, and 2 days working from home. You will be based in one of our sites in London, Banbury, Nuneaton, or Derby.
