If you’re passionate about helping children thrive and reach their full potential, this is the role for you Positions Available NOW £14 per hour from April – positions available What You’ll Do: Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students with SEN, giving them the attention they need to succeed. Help bring Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to life and ensure each student receives the best possible support. Create a nurturing, supportive environment that encourages students to feel confident and capable. Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement creative, tailored learning strategies. Travel to different school locations across York, gaining a variety of experiences and expanding your skills. What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children, young people, or adults with SEN is a plus, but a passion to learn and grow is what we truly value Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, teachers, and parents. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude that helps you make a real difference in students’ lives. Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to get one). The right to work in the UK.
