What you’ll be doing?
**12 month Maternity Cover**
As a member of our Receptionist team, you may be the first or last person our guests interact with. Your customer service skills will be top-notch, shaping guests' first and last impressions—from a warm welcome and check-in to ensuring they leave happy at check-out.
Beyond that, you'll collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience, answer calls, allocate rooms, and prepare bills. Your computer skills should match your personal skills.
What you’ll need to be a Receptionist?
* Genuine warmth and standout people skills;
* Strong attention to detail and IT savviness, ensuring accuracy in room allocation, billing, and noticing small details like guest preferences;
* Good communication skills and proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive, 'can do' attitude;
* Previous experience is preferred, but passion for customer service and people skills are more important.
